Class Description

Twin Lakes Yoga classes are taught in a variety of yoga styles offering a truly unique yoga practice.  Accessible to beginners and advanced students, classes emphasizes breathing to connect the body and mind.  During class, worries of the day disappear and the focus is solely on flow, movement, balance and intention.  Most classes are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa-style yoga allowing for strength and stretching and balance and flow to build a solid practice. A secular practice, Angela's classes honor the roots of yoga without imposing reconceived spiritual practices.

Our role is to guide students to make their practice their own and their intention personal - each student is encouraged to embark on their own physical and spiritual journey. As is often said in class, “I am only here to be your guide. You know your body best, listen to it and follow your intuition.”

Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. No matter your age, strength or flexibility level, yoga is for everyone.

Those who are new to yoga will find a physical path that harmonizes mind, body and soul. Anyone can do yoga with the right attitude and the right teacher. Yoga combines physical activity with breath to reduce stress, control weight, relieve lower back pain and enhance focus.
