Summer 2020

Summer 2020!

Dear Yogis and Yoginis,
Wow, are we in a wold of CHANGE!  We missed you over the winter and are so excited to bring you Twin Lakes Yoga with a lot of CHANGE for the summer of 2020!  Of course we are raising the bar and TRANSFORMING your yoga for a better and safer experience.  We are moving forward with the following as it meets the Governor's and CDC's requirements.  If anything CHANGES we will EVOLVE and update you of the DEVELOPMENTS.

Classes will start June 6th and be held every Saturday (except Aug 8th) through September 5th at the small State Park Shelter.  You will be blessed with 7, yes 7, teachers this summer!  Jill Moline, Andrea Oswald, Laura Horan, Jamie Lunn, Nancy Johnson, Pam Bleam, and me.  We will limit class to 9 yogis/yoginis so that we can keep you 6' apart.  We will do this on a first come first serve basis.  You will need to bring your own mat and props to keep every thing sanitary.  The teacher will provide amazing verbal ques as we will maintain a 6' distance from each of you too. For rain/weather delays we will all just need to use our best judgement.  Classes will start at 8:30 (one thing that isn't CHANGING) and the cost will be $10.  $1 from each student will still go to the park (that is the second thing that will be the same).

Please feel free to email me any questions.  A printable schedule will be coming soon and I will update www.twinlakesyoga.blogspot.com so that you can put the schedule on your frig or refer to the website!

Until then stay healthy and
Don't just learn, experience.
Don't just read, absorb.
Don't just CHANGE, TRANSFORM.
Don't just relate, advocate.
Don't just promise, prove.
Don't just criticize, encourage.
Don't just think, ponder.
Don't just take, give.
Don't just see, feel.
Don’t just dream, do.
Don't just hear, listen.
Don't just talk, act.
Don't just tell, show.
Don't just exist, live.”
